Many do not know this, but July is Disability Pride Month. As a person who identifies as disabled this is very important to me. Every year that I worked in Public Libraries I made a special effort to make a large display of books about and by disabled authors. They have always been there, even if there were not seen.
We will read the following disabled classic authors Flannery O'Connor, Virginia Woolf, & Agatha Christie. I will provide information on their particular disability and resources for that disability in each post.
Make sure to come back every other Friday for a new book review and every other Wednesday for a movie review.
