It is an unfortunate fact that we lose many talented artists to suicide. Most of us can name at least on author or musician we have lost this way. For some of us it goes deeper. Either we have lost someone or maybe even had ideations ourselves.
September is National Suicide Prevention Month. In honor of this, we will celebrate authors we have lost to suicide. We will be reading Osamu Dazai and Ryūnosuke Akutagawa.
